This unique example of the Hornby Pendolino has had a modification of the Delner coupler added to the front, as per the real train, The shell is in excellent condition with no scratches, the lights are directional and is DCC Fitted. This is a motorised Power car and runs well, it has been tested and I can confirm it is set to DCC number 10, This of course can be changed later. The nose has been altered where the coupler is on show, I modified this model and 3D printed the Delner piece to add in the front. The Delner coupling is a static piece that has been painted, it’s is not a working coupler, The body has been lightly weathered on the roof and bogies for additional realism, A rare alternation in model form of the infamous pendolino.
